🎁 Free Trial Period
TrackLabs offers a 2-Day Free Trial for new users to evaluate our service. During this trial period:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
- No payment is required during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan

🔄 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your TrackLabs subscription at any time. Here's how the cancellation process works:
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you have two options:
- Self-Service: Log in to your TrackLabs account, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your account details and cancellation request
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to the service until the end of the paid period
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends
- Your account and data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate if needed
- After 90 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
⚠️ Important: We recommend exporting your important data before cancellation. You can export your data in CSV, Excel, or PDF format from your account dashboard.
💰 Refund Policy
No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error or system malfunction
- Service Unavailability: If the service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) and you request a pro-rata credit
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Legal Requirements: Where applicable laws in your jurisdiction require us to provide refunds

- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- We will notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving your request
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
📊 Downgrades & Plan Changes
If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan instead of canceling:
- You can downgrade at any time through your account settings
- The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to your current plan features until the billing cycle ends
- No refund will be provided for the difference between plans
📅 Annual Subscriptions
For annual (yearly) subscriptions:
- The same cancellation policy applies as monthly subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of an annual subscription
- You will retain access until the end of your annual billing period
- We recommend switching to a monthly plan if you're uncertain about long-term commitment

If you have a billing concern or dispute:

- We commit to resolving billing disputes within 5 business days
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension
- We maintain detailed billing records and will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns
🚫 Account Termination by TrackLabs
If TrackLabs terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription
- You will lose immediate access to the service and your data
- We may, at our discretion, provide a limited time to export your data
