How to set up timesheet approvals on TrackLabs Timesheets?
Follow these simple steps to get up and running with timesheet approvals and reduce manual overhead.
Create an account on TrackLabs
Sign up, create your workspace, and invite employees. Encourage your employees to download the time-tracking app. As they start using the time tracker, you get automated timesheet reports on their time usage, activity levels, productivity, and more.
Set billable hours
If employees use the web, extension, or mobile time trackers, you will only get time reports and timesheets. Set billable hours for projects and workspace members. With billable hours set, the tracker will record time and include the earned amounts in the timesheets.
Set up approvals
Go to Timesheets > Timesheet Approval and click Set up approvals. On Timesheets, you can see the tracked hours and earned amounts of each employee, along with project and task details. If you turn on timesheet approvals, the selected employees will have to submit their timesheets manually for you to approve or reject.
