Access is role-based for security. Workspace Owners and Executive Managers can view all screenshots. Project Managers, Team Managers, and Project Viewers access only their assigned team members' screenshots. Employees can view their own screenshots if granted permission by administrators.

All screenshots are securely stored on Amazon S3 cloud infrastructure with multi-region redundancy. Retention periods range from 3 months to 1 year, depending on your pricing plan, ensuring compliance with data retention policies.

You have two deletion options for maximum flexibility. Click "Delete" to remove both screenshots and tracked activity data for that period. Click "Delete screenshot only" to preserve the activity data (time, clicks, keystrokes) while removing only the visual screenshot.

TrackLabs intelligently captures screenshots only during active work periods. Our system monitors keyboard and mouse activity levels in real-time, so screenshots won't be captured during idle time, breaks, or periods of inactivity, saving storage and respecting employee privacy during non-work moments.
