Solution: Ensure your user email in Azure DevOps matches your TrackLabs login email. Then, in the TrackLabs desktop app, click "Refresh Tasks" or check Settings > Integrations in the web portal to confirm the project mapping is active.

Issue: OAuth token authorization shows disconnected or expired

Solution: API tokens may expire if administrative credentials change in Azure DevOps. Navigate to Settings > Integrations, click "Reconnect Azure DevOps", and re-authorize the OAuth connection.

Issue: Logged hours are not updating in Azure DevOps worklogs

Solution: Verify that your integration configuration has "Two-Way Worklog Sync" toggled on. If two-way sync is active, worklogs push every 15 minutes or upon task timer completion.
